Woman ID?d in deadly Chicago block party shooting; $10K reward offered

A 22-year-old woman has been identified as the victim killed when gunfire erupted at an unauthorized block party in Chicago?s Austin neighborhood. Six others were hurt, and a $10,000 reward is now being offered to find the shooter.
