Family of toddler killed in suburban Portillo?s crash sues restaurant chain

The parents of 2-year-old Finnegan McKee have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Portillo?s, alleging the Oswego location?s parking lot design and lack of safety barriers created the conditions for the deadly July crash that killed their son and injured 12 others.
