Illinois student becomes first person from the state to win this major honor

Most kids spend their summer break at the pool, the park, or maybe on vacation. But one Chicago fifth grader spent his summer in Paris ? and came home a world champion. Theo Grieb, a student at Francis W. Parker School, just won the World Championship in the Elementary Division at the 6th International History Olympiad.
