Most of us have Amazon Prime, but did you know the company just agreed to pay $2.5 billion to settle a Federal Trade Commission claim? The FTC alleges Amazon tricked tens of millions of Americans into enrolling in Prime and then made it confusing and difficult to cancel. We’re joined by Jonathan Cohen, lead Federal Trade Commission attorney, to explain.
