Pritzker talks Chicago Bears new stadium funding plans

Gov. JB Pritzker was asked questions about the latest economic numbers related to the proposed Chicago Bears stadium in Arlington Heights. A new economic impact report shows the team will need about $855 million in public funds for infrastructure improvements.
