45 beagles found in Joliet home — no cruelty suspected, police say

When 45 beagles were discovered inside a Joliet home, many assumed the worst. But Sgt. Dwayne English of the Joliet Police Department tells "ChicagoLIVE" the dogs were found healthy and well cared for, with no signs of cruelty.
