Garry McCarthy vows to catch 9-year-old's killer

A man has been charged with the murder of 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee, officials said early Friday. Corey Morgan has been charged with first-degree murder for the Nov. 2 shooting, according to Sally Daly, a spokeswoman for the Cook County state?s attorney?s office.
