‘Unauthorized work' being done at location of fatal warehouse fire

Authorities are suggesting the death of a firefighter who died Monday while battling a warehouse blaze could have been prevented after an inspection determined 'unauthorized work' was being done on the elevator shaft that Daniel Capuano fell down.
