McDonald's celebrates 99-year-old woman's love of ice cream with 99 days of free cones this summer

McDonald's is celebrating a 99-year-old River Forest woman’s love of soft serve by giving her 99 days of free vanilla cones this summer in anticipation of National Ice Cream Day. Monica Affleck, 99, enjoys McDonald’s soft serve nearly every day and has consumed hundreds of vanilla cones in the past near century of her life.
