Man carjacked undercover Chicago cop, shot 2 people in Gold Coast spree: police

In a Thursday evening spree, a man carjacked an undercover Chicago officer and shot two other people in attempted carjackings spanning across the Near North Side and Gold Coast areas, according to Chicago Police.
