Milktooth pop-up to take over Dove's Luncheonette for a day

Chef Tom Carlin from Dove's Luncheonette joins Good Day Chicago to talk about Indiana's Milktooth restaurant, which will be taking over the Wicker Park diner all day on Feb. 18th.
