Restaurateurs eager to open outdoor dining at month's end

In a surprise move, Gov. Pritzker announced Wednesday that Illinois restaurants can open for outdoor dining as soon as next Friday when we move into phase three. Chicago restaurant industry leader Kevin Bame of the Boka Restaurant Group talks about it.
