Dr. Allison Arwady discusses Chicago's move into Phase 3

There was concern there would be a delay in Chicago moving to phase three of its reopening due to massive protests with crowds of people that took place over the weekend. Chicago's commissioner of public health asked protesters to self-quarantine for 14 days. Dr. Allison Arwady talks about it.
