Chicago strengthens puppy mill law

Chicago aldermen are closing a loop hole to the city's anti-puppy mill law. Aldermen say some puppy mills have been posing as fake rescues and selling animals through local stores. Jodie Wiederkehr with the Chicago Alliance for Animals joined us to talk about it.
