Arlington Heights mayor warns of deadline to keep Bears in Illinois

Arlington Heights Mayor Jim Tinaglia describes next week as a "big big big" week. That's because state lawmakers go back to Springfield and debate a tax bill--- which could help bring the Bears to Arlington Heights.
