Man accused of poisoning neighbor's dog | ChicagoLIVE

A Geneva man is accused of giving his neighbor's dog chocolate mixed with rat poison in an attempt to kill the dog because of the dog's barking. The dog survived after the poisoning but may suffer long term health issues. Kane Co. State's Attorney, Jamie Mosser, joins to share more on this story.
