Community members sound off on soaring NIPSCO bills during listening session

Community members had the opportunity to speak directly to Indiana state regulators on Monday about their NIPSCO bills. They're touring the state after launching an investigation into the billing practices of utility companies, like NIPSCO. Bret Buganski reports.
