Northeastern Illinois University eminent domain 10 years later

          Ten years ago, Northeastern Illinois University used eminent domain to remove people from their homes and businesses. It's a legal tool that allows the state to take private property by force and pay the owner.      Bret Buganski shows you why one neighborhood group said the university broke a promise.
