Chicago Teachers Union to vote on $800 dues hike | The Chicago Report

The Chicago Teacher union is preparing to raise dues by $800 annually for members.  That's if, they vote to approve the dues hike.  The Group Illinois Policy says it could also prevent members from suing the union.  Mailee Smith with the Group Illinois Policy is giving us the background here.
