UChicago study: Student-teacher relationships impact absenteeism | The Chicago Report

A crisis in Chicago Public Schools, more and more students are missing more and more class. According to the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research, the rate of chronic absenteeism rose during covid and has not gone back down. But, the consortium has some suggestions on how to change it.
