Families speak out in Des Plaines daycare abuse case, civil lawsuit planned

Families involved in the alleged abuse at A Mother’s Touch Daycare in Des Plaines say they feel betrayed and are preparing to file a civil lawsuit against the two employees charged and the daycare. Police say video shows multiple incidents involving at least 10 children, and the families’ attorney believes there may be additional victims.
