Victim in 1975 homicide case identified as Chicago-area resident

A teen found dead in the Mississippi River in 1975 has been identified as a Waukegan resident. Matthew Waterfield, a member of the DNA Doe Project, joins Chicago’s Morning News to discuss how the decades old mystery was solved.
