Calls for better protections for domestic violence victims | The Chicago Report

Turning now to the latest in the investigation into a deadly shooting in Uptown.  Prosecutors say Jonathan Wilson fatally shot a condo board president who was trying to stop him from violating a restraining order.  Wilson was later wounded by police and is in critical condition facing first-degree murder charges.  Joining us live to discuss important efforts to reform the courts and better protect domestic violence victims is Alderman Silvana Tabares.
