Lawmakers looking to charge parents in teen takeovers

There's a crackdown on teen takeovers in Washington D.C. Today, the U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced that her office will be prosecuting parents if their children are participating in takeovers. It's something some alders also want to do, and I asked Mayor Brandon Johnson about it too.
