Chicago brother allegedly shot woman he believed was involved in sister's death

Javan Weatherspoon is charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot a woman he believed had information about the death of his sister, Zenobia "Zee" Weatherspoon, who was found earlier this month inside of a garbage can.
