After personal loss, suburban coach leads middle school to historic championships

After losing his father before the season, Coach Darryl Moffett and his 7th and 8th grade teams at Colin Powell in School District 159 rallied together, dedicated their season to his dad, and made history by bringing home the school’s first-ever 4A state championships.
