New Illinois law expands camera use in long-term facilities

Safety has been a concern in places like group homes and now Illinois is taking another step toward giving families of those living there peace of mind. Gov. Pritzker just signed a law expanding the optional use of cameras inside them. State Sen. Graciela Guzman joins us.
