Illinois lawmaker says Bears' stadium deal fumble is a communication issue

The talk of the town is the Bears after a fumble by Illinois lawmakers. Its looks like Indiana is swooping in.  The team says they are edging closer to a Northwest Indiana move.  Right now we're joined by Illinois Senate Minority Leader John Curran.
