Chicago braces for teen takeovers as school ends

        We've been keeping an eye on a planned teen takeover that is supposed to take place tonight at Foster Beach for the last day of school.    Local leaders say they're expecting thousands of teens both today and tomorrow.      Leslie Moreno has been following this all day.
