Kankakee County hit by storm as it recovers from Tuesday's tornado

 Heavy rain fell in Kankakee, washing out streets. Strong winds blew through with lightning as well. This all comes while some residents there are still cleaning up from Tuesday's tornado. Joanie Lum is live at a new shelter in Kankakee.
