Lindsey Graham’s sister appointed to fill Senate seat until January

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster names Darlene Graham Nordone to temporarily fill the late Sen. Lindsey Graham’s seat as Republicans prepare for a special primary to choose a candidate for the upcoming election.
