If you live on Chicago's Northwest Side you're probably familiar with the dunning neighborhood, which now looks like any other part of the city. But more than 150 years ago, the area was home to Cook County's first social service institutions and a legacy of illness, poverty and neglect. In tonight's Monument Moment, we look at that history and a park dedicated to the thousands of nameless souls still buried there.
