 Hoffman Estates is at the center of a growing fight over data centers, as some residents push back against a proposed 186-acre Plum Farms Project.   Critics-- including state Representative Marty McLaughlin-- warn it could strain power and water supplies and say the plan is moving ahead even after a key planning vote already came out against it.   We’re joined now by Representative McLaughlin.
