Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker tours tornado damage in Kankakee

It's been two days since powerful storms tore through Indiana and Illinois, and now the governors of both states have come out to see the damage for themselves. There’s still a lot to clean up and a lot of questions. Let's start over in Kankakee with Bret Buganski.
