DCFS history leading up to Round Lake Beach boy's death

New details in the death of 8-year-old Markell Pierce, from Round Lake Beach. He died back in February. Prosecutors claim it was due to long term abuse and malnourishment. The child's mother and her boyfriend are being charged.    Leslie Moreno joins us live with the new information.
