Illinois joins states suing Trump over grad loan caps | The Chicago Report

Illinois is joining a 25-state lawsuit to block new Trump administration caps on federal student loans.  Attorney General Kwame Raoul argues reducing the annual limit to just $20,000 will cripple the pipeline for doctors, nurses and social workers.  We talked to credit specialist Paul Oster, the CEO of Better Qualified.  He breaks down the changes, and brings tips for borrowers.
