Advocacy group Sikhs for Justice to call for Sikh sovereignty through referendum in Indianapolis

Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) is holding an unofficial non-binding referendum vote in Indianapolis Sunday on seceding from India to form an independent Sikh state. SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun joins ChicagoLIVE to explain the movement and what the group is planning for this weekend.
