Chicago City Council votes on hemp ban, push to abolish ICE | The Chicago Report

The Chicago City Council votes to ban the sale of some hemp products in the city on Wednesday. And, some Democratic Illinois politicians are pushing to abolish ICE, though not everyone is on board.
