Saint Lucia travel warning: Why the US raised its advisory to Level 2

Some people may be thinking about taking a cruise or visiting Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. But, there's a new travel warning out for Americans. The State Department raised their advisory to Level Two on a scale of one to four. Here to talk about it is travel advisor Kevin Coffey.
