Family files wrongful death lawsuit in deadly Fox River boat crash

Attorneys announced Thursday a wrongful death lawsuit stemming from the deadly July 25 boat crash on the Fox River that killed Magdalena Jablonska and injured her fiancé, Alen Telmini.
