Time is running out for megaprojects bill that includes Bears stadium

 Lawmakers in Springfield are working down to the wire on a number of critical issues that have to be resolved before the end of session at midnight tomorrow night. They've been there for most of the day. One of the biggest headlines of course is the Bear's stadium proposal for Arlington Heights and the megaprojects bill to make that happen.         A short time ago I spoke with Marc Ganis, the president of Sports Corps. and an expert on stadium financing issues.
