Bally's topping off ceremony marks new stage of construction | The Chicago Report

Bally's Casino is entering its final phase of construction, before it gets ready to open its doors, early next year.  Today, the final steel beam was placed during the topping off ceremony this morning.  Bally's Executive Chairman Soo Kim is here in the studio to talk about what it took to get here.
