Chicago sues oil plant, Sheriff Dart could face felony charges | The Chicago Report

The City of Chicago and Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul are suing a vegetable oil plant on the southeast side. And, Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart could face felony charges, according to a new New York Times report.
