Chicago Board of Education to vote on CPS budget as payroll deadline looms

The Chicago Board of Education is expected to vote Thursday on a revised nearly $10 billion CPS budget that includes job cuts, increased TIF funding and the removal of furlough days as the Chicago Teachers Union calls for a delay.
