Lawmaker proposes bill to regulate self-driving cars

Let's talk about another one that will affect Chicagoans.  Last week, the news that Waymo's self driving cars had begun testing here made waves online.  Now, state Senator Michael Hastings is introducing legislation to regulate these autonomous cars.  He's here with me now to break down the bill.
