Off-duty paramedics saved a teen runner at Huntley High School

 We're hearing from two off-duty paramedics who saved a 16-year-old in cardiac arrest.  It all happened at a track meet at Huntley high school.  Lauren Scafidi shows you when they knew they had to jump in and help and their message to you.
