13-year-old girl disappears from Uptown

CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE) - Chicago Police are searching for a 13-year-old girl who disappeared Tuesday from an Uptown health facility.
Jahaira Ozuna was barefoot and wearing only a blue hospital gown when she was last seen in the 4700 block of North Clarendon, according to an alert issued Wednesday night. She might be with other teens, police said.
The 4-foot-4, 110-pound Hispanic girl has brown eyes, police said. Anyone with information should call Area North detectives at (312) 744-8266.
