2 brothers charged in fatal Milwaukee house party shooting

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Two brothers are charged in house party shooting that left one man dead in Milwaukee.

Twenty-one-year-old Roderick Leblanc is charged with reckless homicide in the July 4 death of 31-year-old Mario Dancer.

Leblanc's brother, 25-year-old Dumar Leblanc, is charged with threatening to kill a witness.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports (http://bit.ly/1O6bxoJ ) that an arrest warrant was issued for Roderick Leblanc. Records don't indicate whether Dumar Leblanc is in custody.

The complaint says Dancer was shot in the head outside the party. Roderick Leblanc walked inside afterward with a gun and said he shot Dancer. The complaint says Dumar Leblanc told others at the party to tell police it was a drive-by shooting.

Online court records don't list defense attorneys to comment on behalf of either man.
