HealthPark Hospitality is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate must exude a positive, energetic attitude and must enjoy office support responsibilities.
All applicants must have the ability to effectively manage their time in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Computer/Office Applications/Internet knowledge is a must.
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Scanning and faxing documents
- Monthly reporting for clients
- Light office cleaning
- Employee uniform distribution and inventory
- Other tasks as assigned
- Open and close office daily Mon-Fri
-Self-starter with the ability to identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions and implement
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Flexibility performing a variety of job functions
-Able to work well as part of a team
-Able to take direction and work with all management levels
-Excellent time management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Previous office experience preferred, but not required
