Chicago Police fire shots at dog in Washington Heights
CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) - Chicago Police fired shots at a dog Wednesday morning in the Washington Heights neighborhood on the Far South Side.
Detectives were investigating in the 1100 block of West 102nd Street about 9:30 a.m. when a dog charged at them, according to police.
One of the officers fired shots at the dog, police said. The dog’s condition wasn’t immediately known.
